Such a great article, and I love your honesty about some of the healthy habits you ended up adopting! I had a tough time during the year, because I figured out that the big buildings I worked in meant I walked about 3000 steps every day (or more) just walking in from my car, walking to the cafeteria, and going for coffee. I had to make up for that somehow. It was a weird year. I still work home even now.
