God is bigger than a lot of people think

I grew up Protestant, Lutheran to be exact. It was a fairly progressive church and I enjoyed it until I was about 18. I remember in Sunday School the “cool” younger couple who were our teachers read us a verse from the Bible and declared “Do you get this, the Jews missed the boat! They missed Jesus.”
